Whiskymofo Refund Day - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
VINOMOFO (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD (ABN 69 149 404 197) ("Whiskymofo").
2. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 10:00am AEST on Tuesday, 30 June 2026 and concludes at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday, 30 June 2026.
3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding residents of the Northern Territory.

• Entrants must hold a valid Whiskymofo account at the time of purchase.

• Employees of Vinomofo and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

4. Promotion
Every 50th completed order placed on whiskymofo.com.au during the promotional period will receive a full refund.
A completed order is one where payment has been successfully processed. Orders that are cancelled, declined or unpaid are not considered completed orders.
Gift cards and subscription products are excluded from this promotion.
There is no minimum or maximum spend required, and no limit to the number of qualifying orders a customer may place.
5. Refund
Each qualifying order will receive a refund for the full order value, including any shipping charges paid.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within seven (7) business days.
The refund is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or applied to another order.
6. Order Cancellations
If a qualifying order is cancelled or refunded before the refund has been processed, that order will no longer qualify for the promotion and the next eligible completed order in sequence will become the qualifying order.
7. Winner Notification
Whiskymofo will notify all qualifying customers via email.
A list of all refunded orders will be published within seven (7) days of the promotion ending.
8. Fair Use
Whiskymofo reserves the right to disqualify any order it reasonably believes has been placed fraudulently, manipulated or without a genuine intention to purchase.
Whiskymofo may cancel any order that breaches these Terms & Conditions or is otherwise considered to be an abuse of the promotion.
Whiskymofo's determination of qualifying orders is final.
9. General
By placing an order during the promotional period, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
This promotion may be used in conjunction with other valid offers, discounts or promotional codes unless otherwise stated.
Whiskymofo reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable Australian laws.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Vinomofo's Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vinomofo, its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
