Why do we love this whisky?
Way back in 1918, a young Japanese man by the name of Masataka Taketsuru traversed the globe with a passion for unlocking the code to premium whiskey making. After a thorough stint in Scotland, he returned to his homeland equipped with the necessary skills to create whiskey the whole world could endlessly enjoy. Thus “Nikka Whisky” was born.
