Why do we love this whisky?
On the eye, the Ode to the Valley is a deep gold and polished bronze. Aromatics include an array of bright, fresh picked forest berries, baked apricots, citrus peel and muscovado sugar. The weighted palate deepens with melted milk chocolate, gingersnap, juicy cherries and a lively frame of fresh sandalwood. The finish lingers, offering cinnamon, florals and a deeper dried fruit note.
