Named after Australia's most notorious bushranger, this warming 46% ABV single malt greets you with floral hibiscus, honey and burnt orange rind. Aged entirely in American oak barrels that previously held rich Rutherglen muscat wine, it builds intensely on the palate with sweet butterscotch, cinnamon and dark sultanas. It's a smooth yet monstrously good pour with a long and spicy finish.

Why do we love this whisky?
Housed in a beautifully restored 1920s flour mill on the banks of the Murray River, Corowa Distilling takes massive pride in their regional roots. The whisky pays homage to Dan "Mad Dog" Morgan, who roamed the exact same Riverina landscape in the 1860s.By sourcing local barley and tapping into the world-class fortified wine casks from just across the river, Corowa crafts spirits that are steeped in history and regional terroir.
