Why do we love this gin?
Tucked away in the stunning culinary playground of McLaren Vale in South Australia, the Never Never Distilling Co. was founded by three mates with a shared obsession for serious, old-school flavour. While a big chunk of the gin world was busy chasing weird and wacky local botanicals, these guys decided to look backwards to go forwards, throwing all their weight behind the humble, traditional juniper berry. They meticulously developed their signature triple juniper distillation process to extract the absolute maximum amount of essential oils, which is exactly why the gin turns delightfully cloudy when it hits ice. The result is a bold, textural masterpiece that has swept up trophies across the globe and firmly put Australian gin on the map for all the right reasons.
