This fourth creation from Citadelle's Extreme Series stands out from the pack with its bold personality by taking the original 19 botanicals and blending them with peppery and minty notes from sansho berry & white bird pepper.
Citadelle’s recipe of 19 exotic and all-natural botanicals isn't just a secret, mofo; it’s the only gin in the world to earn itself a patent for its progressive infusion of spices! This meticulous infusion of botanicals is a multi-day process that simply can’t be rushed. Located at the historic Château de Bonbonnet, the gin distillery is surrounded by fields of organic juniper trees. It's all part of Citadelle's long-term commitment to sustainability and craftsmanship. They even built an orangerie at the château to house all sorts of citrus varieties, so they can easily experiment with the vibrant flavours that make gin sing.
