It perfectly showcases the magic of their signature double-aging process, spending years in ex-bourbon barrels in the tropics before finishing in fine French oak casks. On the nose, you're hit with an irresistible wave of ripe banana, toasted coconut and rich vanilla bean. Take a sip and it's beautifully rounded and complex, bursting with flavours of juicy mango, baked pineapple and a lovely lick of caramel. As it sits on the palate, you get these brilliant warming spices, a touch of nutmeg and a hint of dark chocolate, leading to a long and incredibly smooth finish.

They're famous for their signature double-aging technique, which involves maturing the rum in its tropical homeland before sailing it across the globe to the Cognac region of France. There, it rests in French oak Ferrand casks, picking up an incredible layer of elegance and finesse that you just don't see in standard rums.
